The Board of Directors of the Association meets monthly, usually on the fourth Thursday of the month. All are welcomed at and encouraged to attend the monthly meetings. It’s a good way to meet other neighbors, find out what’s happening in the community and make your thoughts heard.
HOA DUES
HOA dues are paid annually.
2025 dues are $2,940/year.
